If you've been deceived by clever marketing to believe that foods such as soy and wheat are healthy, you should do a little research into why soy is NOT so good for you after all.

On the other hand, let's look at some of the healthiest foods you can eat on the planet here in this article:

whole eggs are a healthy fat loss food1.  Whole eggs

Yes, that's right... whole eggs (including the yolks) are actually good for you.  Don't be fooled by bodybuilding magazines and other sources of nutrition info that don't fully understand real nutrition.

Although the yolks contain fat, it is all healthy fats (best if your eggs are free range organic), and the yolks contain over 90% of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants contained in eggs... the egg whites by comparison, contain very little nutrition.  Even the protein in eggs is more bioavailable if you eat the whole egg including the yolks instead of just the egg whites.

It doesn't matter whether we're talking about pecans, almonds, walnuts, filberts, macadamias, or cashews... Nuts are one of the most power-packed sources of nutrition we have available to us. 

Nuts are loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and tons of healthy fats that help to quell your appetite and control your blood sugar (due to the fiber and healthy fats).

Try to eat 3 handfuls of various nuts every day a half hour before meals... this helps you to control cravings and eat less total calories and less sugars during your normal meals since your appetite is partially satisfied already.

It's important to make the distinction between regular commercial grain-fed meats that you'll see at most grocery stores and true grass-fed meats (beef, bison, etc) from animals that were allowed to forage for their natural diet instead of force-fed corn, soy, and other grains.

Grass-fed meats are shown to contain 5-10x the omega-3 fatty acids of normal grocery store grain-fed meats.  The omega-6 fatty acid to omega-3 fatty acid ratio is typically way out of whack in grain-fed meats, but much healthier in grass-fed meats.

In addition, grass-fed meats contain much higher levels of a healthy fat called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which has actually been proven to aid in fat loss and muscle gain... How about that -- eating meat really can build a stronger, leaner body!  But only if you choose the healthy meats.
